At 36z Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness coaching, training programs, nutritional guidance, and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to:
- Workout Programs
- Training Guides
- Nutrition Plans
- Digital Downloads
- Fitness Templates
- E-books
All sales are final once access has been granted, downloaded, or delivered.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products unless the product is faulty, inaccessible, or substantially different from the description provided.
Coaching Services
For 1-to-1 Coaching, Online Coaching, or Custom Fitness Programs:
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase if coaching has not yet commenced.
- Once coaching services have started, no refunds will be issued.
- Missed check-ins, failure to follow the program, or lack of results do not qualify for a refund.
Subscription Services
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription:
- You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
- Cancellation will prevent future charges.
- Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Faulty Digital Content
If a digital product cannot be accessed or contains technical issues preventing its intended use, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
We will first attempt to:
- Repair the issue.
- Provide a replacement version.
- Offer a refund where appropriate.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact 36z Fitness directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to all products and services.
